A soft tissue therapy that includes structural assessments and manual massage techniques for stretching the fascia and releasing bonds between fascia, integument, muscles and bones. The goal is to eliminate pain and increase range of motion and balancing the body.
Rennae has found this technique to be extremely useful in her practice and has found many of her clients have seen benefits from this technique after years of suffering from chronic pain.

Deep Tissue Massage:

 A technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims at releasing the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.  Rennae still implements Deep Tissue Massage daily alongside with Myofascial Release Therapy.  The combination of the two is amazing!

Therapeutic Massage:

Designed to help with migraines and chronic pain.  Rennae will work with the muscles of the particular area causing pain, such as tight muscles in the lower back. This massage helps release the tightness.

Swedish Massage:
A variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Rennae uses this as a sole means of increasing circulation and encouraging relaxation.

Pregnancy Massage:

A relaxing massage to release tension caused by the changes of being pregnant. You will be able to snuggle into a body pillow as the therapist melts your tensions away.
